What types of payment do you accept?  The Durham Toffee Company accepts PayPal and all major credit cards.

What are your Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policies?  The Durham Toffee Company does not refund or exchange product.  However, your happiness is incredibly important to us.  If you receive treats that do not meet your quality expectations, please contact us.  We will do all we can to return smiles to all faces.

The Durham Toffee Company will also cancel any order if notified within 24 hours.  After that amount of time, we will already be busily at work fulfilling your order.

What are your Privacy and Security policies?  The Durham Toffee Company will store all data in a secure location and will never share customers' personal information with third parties.

What months of the year can Durham Toffee be shipped?  We will ship Brittled Nut Clusters year round. However, due to the lack of friendship between the summer sun and our toffee, we can only ship toffee between October and April.  We also strongly encourage customers to be on the lookout for toffee shipments so that they do not sit outside in the elements 

any longer than necessary.
